Does OLMS store our supplier passwords?
Yes, encrypted at rest, so that it can log agents in on your behalf. Agents never see them, and only your OLMS administrators can update them.
Which portals does it work with?
Airline, hotel and consolidator web portals that use a standard username and password login. Share your supplier list during the demo and we will confirm each one.
How long does setup take?
Most agencies connect their first supplier and first agents in the same session as onboarding. Larger agencies roll out desk by desk.
What happens when an agent leaves?
Disable the agent in OLMS. Their access to every mapped portal ends immediately, and you do not need to change any supplier password.
Do agents need to install anything?
Agents work from a browser. Your administrator configures suppliers, limits and page rules from the OLMS dashboard.
